No matter how big or small your project, if you start with the right foundation there are endless possibilities. Our job is to translate your ideas into truly authentic personal spaces. Our team will make sure that your space isn’t just aesthetically pleasing, but will stand out from the rest attracting potential guests looking to get away.
FULL SERVICE TURNKEY
Our turnkey services cover everything that is needed to rent a property. From furniture to bath towels to cleaning supplies.
THE PROCESS:
• In home consultation to assess the scope of work and budget
• Design concept
• Shopping and ordering
• Installations and staging
Turn around time is about 2 weeks + depending on condition of property
Design fee is based on square footage of property.
GENERAL ITEM LIST
• Furniture approved in the design.
• Large accessories approved in the design. (Small accents like tabletop accessories, accent pillows etc. will be purchased without approval since we find these items locally.)
• Bedding- comforters, sheet sets, accent pillows, sleeping pillows, blankets.
• Bathrooms- towel sets, bath matts, shower curtains as needed, bath accessories, waste baskets, bathroom décor.
• Closets- hangers, bins as needed
Kitchen- flatware, stemware, plate sets, cooking utensils, basic cooking set, etc.
• Small appliances- toaster, blender, coffee maker, iron, iron board, etc.
• Cleaning products- broom, mop, garbage bin, basic cleaning supplies, hand soap, dish soap, etc.
• Basic toiletries– paper towels, toilet paper, tissues
• Board games, outdoor games as needed
BUDGET
Vacation rentals can have a wide range of budget depending on the type of home you would like to design, and the type of clientele you wish to attract. With this being about 90% or our business, we have furnished rentals of all budgets- high end luxury rentals with a budget of $60,000 +, mid- range of $30,000 +, and lower end of $15,000 +. We will help you stay within the budget bracket you would like to be in.
